Chelsea face Leeds at Wembley in the FA Cup semi final on Sunday, and Alan Shearer has given his prediction for the game.<\/p>\n

The Blues sacked Liam Rosenior earlier this week after their 3-0 defeat to Brighton, and have placed Calum McFarlane in interim charge for the remainder of the season.<\/p>\n

Chelsea are currently on a run of five consecutive league defeats without scoring, and an inform Leeds side awaits them at Wembley.<\/p>\n

Alan Shearer makes Chelsea vs Leeds prediction<\/h2>\n

Chelsea are winless against Leeds in the league this season after losing 3-1 at Elland Road and being held to a 2-2 at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Leeds have all but secured their Premier League status for next season, and will certainly fancy their chances against a struggling Chelsea side.<\/p>\n

McFarlane has confirmed Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro are available again, but it remains to be seen if either are fit enough to start.<\/p>\n

Chelsea are looking to win their first domestic trophy since 2018, and a win against Leeds would take them a step closer, and Shearer has now given his prediction.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Calum McFarlane, I know he worked with Rosenior as part of his team; but he did the Man City game before Rosenior was appointed and there was a big improvement in that game, when he took over,\u201d he\u00a0 told Metro.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere will likely be an improvement from Chelsea under the interim manager, but there is huge pressure on those players to perform.<\/p>\n

\u201cLeeds are pretty much guaranteed Premier League football next year, so there is not as much pressure on them.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor that reason, I am going to go for a Leeds win.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt will be a brilliant atmosphere. The pressure is huge on Chelsea, not so much on Leeds, so it could be a good day out for the Leeds fans.<\/p>\n

Chelsea are said to have admiration for Fabregas, whilst there haven\u2019t been any links to Simeone, but he\u2019d certainly command respect in the dressing room.<\/p>\n
