But he will still be devastated by it. In his press conference today, Calum McFarlane was asked if he saw there was actually a positive in there, in that it meant Palmer would finally get a full summer break.<\/p>\n \u201cI think in life and in football, especially in football I\u2019ve learned that you need to take every setback as a positive,\u201d McFarlane said, going into full High Performance Podcast mode.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s going to be lots of them. There\u2019s going to be losses. There\u2019s going to be moments like this. If you have the right mindset you can turn it into a positive.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n More straightforward than that, it just means a proper break for Cole, and the chance for a full preseason with his new manager.
