Our writer Simon Phillips has some exclusives for us about what the plans are.<\/p>\n Beyond positions and tactics, the focus is on bringing in some players with the bare minimum levels both mentally and physically, as Phillips writes:<\/p>\n \u201c(Sources tell me) Chelsea want to bring in proven players, some more experience, more physicality, height, with a focus on mentality monsters \u2013 the term we keep hearing about.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n All of those things are very important and would improve this team a lot, it\u2019s just not clear why we didn\u2019t think about them during the last rebuild.
