Former Hammers boss David Moyes tried but failed to help keep West Ham up for a third time at the weekend but has waited just 48 hours to take advantage of their relegation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before the Premier League\u2019s Survival Sunday shootout between West Ham and Spurs, David Moyes vowed to try and keep the Irons up by leading Everton to a win in north London.<\/p>\n

Spurs beat the Toffees 1-0 to render West Ham\u2019s 3-0 victory over Leeds futile in the battle to stay in the top flight.<\/p>\n

Everton offered little in the game but Moyes could be seen barking orders at his team and pushing them on despite the Blues having nothing to play for.<\/p>\n

Moyes waited just 48 hours to take advantage of West Ham\u2019s relegation<\/h2>\n

After the game Moyes said West Ham will bounce back to the Premier League.<\/p>\n

But that hasn\u2019t stopped the Scot looking to take advantage of the situation at his former side.<\/p>\n

Because Moyes has ordered an Everton bid for a West Ham star just 48 hours after relegation.<\/p>\n

When announcing club record \u00a3104m losses in February, West Ham said players would have to be sold this summer \u2013 especially if they dropped into the Championship.<\/p>\n

The Hammers have warned of FFP complications to their promotion expectations next season.<\/p>\n

It is believed around \u00a3100-150m will need to be raised through player sales.<\/p>\n

And talks have reportedly already begun between the Hammers and Everton over a \u00a310m deal for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.<\/p>\n

The right-back was Hammer of the Year in his debut season at the club after arriving in a bargain \u00a315m deal from Man United.<\/p>\n

Wan-Bissaka could be West Ham\u2019s first summer sale as talks open with Everton<\/h2>\n

But some West Ham fans have questioned Wan-Bissaka\u2019s attitude and application during this season\u2019s relegation battle.<\/p>\n

Especially after he arrived late back from international duty and missed an FA Cup defeat to Leeds after partying to celebrate DR Congo\u2019s World Cup qualification.<\/p>\n

Wan-Bissaka has been in and out of the West Ham side under Nuno Espirito Santo.<\/p>\n

Now he could be the first Hammers player sacrificed to raise vital funds with Moyes ordering Everton to make an early bid as he looks to replace Seamus Coleman.<\/p>\n

Telegraph journalist Gary Jacob claims Wan-Bissaka is the subject of serious interest\u00a0from Moyes and Everton, who are keen to wrap the signing up before he heads off to the World Cup.<\/p>\n

Ideally West Ham want to at least get their original \u00a315m investment back on Wan-Bissaka.<\/p>\n

The situation is complicated by the fact Wan-Bissaka specifically joined West Ham so he could return to his native London after a spell at Man United.<\/p>\n

West Ham signed the former Palace defender up to a seven-year deal, which still has five years to run.<\/p>\n

Kyle Walker-Peters is expected to stay at the club but a new right-back will be sought to share the load of a gruelling 46-game Championship season.<\/p>\n

One option could be the return of a Hammers hero after Vladimir Coufal sent West Ham a message of hope following their relegation.<\/p>\n

If the Hammers do sell Wan-Bissaka it will be at least \u00a310m down, \u00a3140m to go but would also shift his sizeable salary off the West Ham wage bill too.<\/p>\n
