We just wanted the season to be over. That said, it\u2019s interesting to look at who had the best seasons, by the numbers.<\/p>\n In the end, our top rated player by WhoScored average rating was Joao Pedro, a worthy winner given he ended up having a good debut campaign, getting 20 G\/A in the Premier League.<\/p>\n In second place was Enzo Fernandez, who popped up at crucial moments with goals and assists, and was always available for the team.<\/p>\n In third was Reece James, who basically had a great season and could have taken JP\u2019s first place had he played more. In fourth was the ever-reliable Trevoh Chalobah, who was our most consistent centre back.<\/p>\n Finally in fifth was Moises Caicedo, who looked favourite to be player of the season for a long time before his form really collapsed.<\/p>\n Of all 5, JP was the only one to have an average rating above 7.
