It\u2019s a real rag tag bunch.<\/p>\n Dario Essugo, Josh Acheampong, Shim Mheuka and Emmanuel Emegha are his choices to be loaned out next season.<\/p>\n It\u2019s a list which shows what a weird position Chelsea\u2019s squad are in now, especially with no European football to keep people happy next season.<\/p>\n That\u2019s two academy kids who aren\u2019t getting enough minutes, a player signed for the first team last summer who missed almost the whole campaign injured, and a player signed in September who won\u2019t arrive until this summer.<\/p>\n The whole thing is a mess \u2013 each of these guys has been mis-managed to some degree.
