Sky Sports have a long piece about the new Premier League appointments and what their new clubs are hoping they bring.<\/p>\n The list of things that Chelsea see in Alonso is pretty impressive.<\/p>\n \u201cAlthough they also had interest in Andoni Iraola and Marco Silva, Chelsea ultimately decided on Alonso after being very impressed with his character, integrity, discipline, emotional intelligence and leadership qualities, as well as his CV,\u201d they conclude.<\/span><\/p>\n Well, that\u2019s quite the list. Talk about setting the bar high. But if we\u2019re getting vulnerable for a moment here \u2013 those are the same exact qualities we\u2019re hoping he brings.
