Chelsea have reached out to Thiago Silva with a formal invitation to return to Stamford Bridge as a key member of the club\u2019s coaching staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to ESPN Brasil and Bruno Andrade, Chelsea have invited Thiago Silva to become part of the club\u2019s wider structure once he decides to retire. <\/p>\n

This would not involve a playing return. Instead, the plan would see Silva working as part of Chelsea\u2019s general coaching staff.<\/p>\n

However, it is stated that Silva has an invitation from\u00a0Milan <\/strong>to close a contract valid for only one season (until <\/strong>June 2027) and end his career in Italian football.<\/p>\n
