Tottenham, however, are the most advanced in their pursuit, with reports stating Spurs are readying a mammoth bid for Eli Junior Kroupi in the region of \u00a385m to test Bournemouth\u2019s resolve.<\/p>\n Bournemouth are expected to demand over \u00a380m for the Spurs target.<\/p>\n The Manchester City man has long been on Tottenham\u2019s radar, with interest dating back to last summer\u2019s transfer window.<\/p>\n At the time, Spurs were willing to pay \u00a370m to land Savinho, but City were reluctant to sell, with Pep Guardiola eventually convincing the Brazilian to stay at the Etihad.<\/p>\n However, with Guardiola gone, Spurs have reignited their interest. This time he is said to be available for \u00a310m less, with reports valuing Savinho at \u00a360m.<\/p>\n Reports last week named Savinho as Spurs\u2019 primary wing target, with claims that preliminary talks have begun between City and Tottenham.<\/p>\n Arsenal are also said to be in the mix.
