Andrea Berta sent tongues wagging after the Arsenal Sporting Director was pictured attending Sunday\u2019s game between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce. <\/p>\n

The Italian oversaw an unprecedented summer of spending ahead of the current season which saw the Gunners focus, in the main, on bolstering their attack.<\/p>\n

Noni Madueke, Eberechi Eze and Viktor Gyokeres arrived at the Emirates Stadium for a combinded total of over \u00a3200million but that trio have impressed only sporadically. <\/p>\n

The form of England international Eze has improved dramatically over the course of the last month, but his fellow new recruits have struggled to make telling impacts. <\/p>\n

Madueke has scored just two Premier League goals all season and has struggled to provide effective cover for the injured Bukayo Saka.<\/p>\n

Gyokeres, meanwhile, has scored 18 goals in all competition since joining from Sporting Lisbon but his record against elite opposition has been hugely disappointing. <\/p>\n

Indeed, with no goals against a big six opponent, Mikel Arteta opted to restore Kai Havertz to the starting line-up and drop Gyokeres to the bench for each of Arsenal last two games. <\/p>\n

With that in mind Arsenal are, according to Turkish journalist t Serkan Korkmaz, studying the feasibility of a move for Galatasaray\u2019s Victor Osimhen. <\/p>\n

The Nigeria international has hit 20 goals in all competitions this season and has been settled in Turkey where he earns a staggering \u20ac21 million per year.<\/p>\n

A move to the Premier League has been on the card for some time, however, with Chelsea and Manchester United both having been linked with a move for the 27-year-old who enjoyed prolific spells at Lille and Napoli earlier in his career. <\/p>\n

According to AS, meanwhile, Berta, who watched Osimhen score in a 3-0 win, also has his eye on two other Galatasaray first team stars.<\/p>\n

Versatile forward Bar\u0131s Alper Yilmaz, who is also capable of playing at full-back, was discussed during talks on Sunday as well as goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir.<\/p>\n

David Raya has enjoyed another outstanding campaign and remains the club\u2019s undisputed No.1. <\/p>\n

Arteta was, however, keen to pursue a move for Joan Garcia before he opted to join Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Kepa Arrizabalaga was eventually signed to play the role of back-up but Cakir would add a further level of competition.<\/p>\n

The 30-year-old joined Galatasaray from Trabzonspor for a record fee of \u20ac30.5million last summer and is also wanted by Bayern Munich. <\/p>\n
