He decided to finally call out his players\u2019 efforts in the last few weeks.<\/p>\n In a way he was proven right yesterday, where Chelsea \u2013 now under an interim manager \u2013 instantly improved and got an FA Cup semi final win. Key to that win was defender Trevoh Chalobah, and he was asked about those accusations of low-effort from Rosenior.<\/p>\n \u201cThe past is the past. For us, it is about results and winning games,\u201d Chalobah said, shrugging off the criticism without really addressing it.<\/p>\n \u201cWe still have the same players that we had at the start of the season when we were flying so it is not like we lose our abilities over night. It is just about resetting and getting that feeling and mentality back.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile his teammate Robert Sanchez called Calum McFarlane\u2019s arrival a \u201cbreath of fresh air\u201d in the same interview with the BBC.<\/p>\n Chalobah also spoke about the dressing room feeling after Liam Rosenior was sacked \u2013 you can imagine it\u2019s been pretty low.<\/p>\n Newcastle look like they\u2019re interesting in Chelsea attacker Nicolas Jackson.
