After six years with the Latics, he was handed his first-team debut against Salford in the EFL Trophy in September last year.<\/p>\n<p>The teenager then made a massive impact on his first league appearance a couple of months later, scoring a brace off the bench, which sealed a 2-1 win versus AFC Wimbledon.<\/p>\n<p>Bettoni ended up making 27 appearances in all competitions for Wigan last campaign, scoring 4 goals in total.
