Chelsea are stepping up their efforts to complete Pep Chavarr\u00eda\u2019s signing this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Blues sold Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid in June and want to replace him with the Rayo Vallecano player.<\/p>\n

Chelsea have already made offers of around \u20ac9m and \u20ac15m. The La Liga side rejected those and referred to his \u20ac50m release clause.<\/p>\n

Chelsea to make new offer for Chavarr\u00eda<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Marca now claim the west London club are accelerating, with the aim of reaching a total agreement to sign the 28-year-old.<\/p>\n

Pep Chavarr\u00eda has reached a \u2018full agreement\u2019 with Chelsea, who now have to agree terms with Rayo Vallecano. The parties continue negotiations as Xabi Alonso\u2019s side want to finalise the signing this week.<\/p>\n

To do this, the Blues are about to submit a new offer of \u20ac25m including bonuses.<\/p>\n

The left-back is hopeful that the latest proposal will be enough for the two clubs to come to an agreement so that he can fulfil his Premier League dream.<\/p>\n
