Chelsea\u2019s \u2018agreed\u2019 move for Rayo Vallecano star Pep Chavarria could reportedly \u2018collapse\u2019 on one condition, while there is an update on Manchester City\u2019s swoop for Malo Gusto.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Chelsea\u2019s move for Chavarria could \u2018collapse\u2019 because the Premier League giants are \u2018prepared to walk away from negotiations unless the Spanish club reduce their asking price\u2019.<\/p>\n The report adds:<\/p>\n \u2018Chelsea\u2019s opening offer of \u20ac15million (\u00a312.8m, $17.1m) has been rejected by Rayo Vallecano, who continue to value the defender at \u20ac25million (\u00a321.3m, $28.5m).<\/p>\n \u2018Sources have told us that Chelsea believe the gap between the two valuations is too large and have made it clear during recent discussions that they will not be drawn into overpaying.
