\u201cTen days ago, everybody was saying Barcola was untouchable and going nowhere.<\/p>\n
\u201cNow I see links with Liverpool and Arsenal everywhere, so maybe Barcola isn’t that untouchable after all.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy understanding is still the same. I told you in April, May, June and now July that Bradley Barcola can leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer.<\/p>\n
\u201cWill he leave? That depends on the amount of money clubs are prepared to put on the table.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe remains on Liverpool’s shortlist.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe is also one of the names Arsenal have under consideration, although Morgan Rogers remains Arsenal’s number one target.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe player already has an agreement and wants to go to Chelsea. Now it’s about finding an agreement between the clubs.<\/p>\n
\u201cXabi Alonso wants him and I think this deal can get done in the next few days.\u201d<\/p>\n
Romano concluded with the latest on Garnacho.<\/p>\n
\u201cRoma have already sent two official bids. They are offering a loan with an option to buy that becomes an obligation under certain conditions, like qualifying for the Champions League,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cChelsea’s reply is very clear: they want either a permanent deal or a guaranteed obligation to buy. They want \u00a345 million from English clubs and \u00a350 million from clubs abroad.<\/p>\n
\u201cRoma are trying to bring the price down, while Chelsea are holding their position. The negotiations are ongoing.<\/p>\n
\u201cOnce again, Garnacho is open to joining Roma. Chelsea expect more clubs to enter the race, but Garnacho will leave the club this summer.\u201d<\/p>\n
