Manchester United, Spurs, Fulham and Roma are all interested in signing the Dutchman, following West Ham&#8217;s relegation.<\/div>\n<div style=\"word-break:break-word\" class=\"first:font-bold md:text-lg text-base paragraph-content\">Meanwhile, Chelsea have reportedly approached Real Madrid over a deal to sign <b>Alvaro Carreras<\/b>. Having sold their left-back, <b>Marc Cucurella, <\/b>to the Spanish side, Chelsea are hoping to sign Carreras in a cut-price deal.
