The Blues are finding talks difficult, though. Rayo Vallecano are in a strong position. <\/p>\n

Despite Chelsea already offering just over \u00a321 million for the left-back, the La Liga club are adamant they will not sell Chavarria unless his \u00a342.4 million release clause is activated.<\/p>\n
