The striker position is incredibly congested right now, with Joao Pedro established as a key figure and Nicolas Jackson returning to push for starts, as well as Emmanuel Emegha joining. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s Delap\u2019s inclusion that really stings for fans who hoped to see the young striker kick on under Xabi Alonso. <\/p>\n

Despite picturing him hard at work in pre-season, this latest update suggests the club is ready to cut ties, leaving the forward looking for a new home sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n
