Chelsea fans aren\u2019t sure if it\u2019s a good idea, but they mostly can see the appeal.<\/p>\n However there is another candidate who would be less popular who the Blues are also going to reach out to.<\/p>\n The Evening Standard are reporting that Marco Silva \u201cis a candidate\u201d for the job and that Chelsea \u201cwill explore his availability.\u201d Silva is not as young as Iraola and doesn\u2019t play such exciting football. He is very experienced as a Premier League manager though.<\/p>\n We\u2019d imagine that Silva is near the bottom of the list, with the likes of Xabi Alonsi and Cesc Fabregas at the top.
