Out of nowhere, Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Morgan Rogers has been a long-term target for Chelsea, dating back years as Joe Shields played a big role behind the scenes to try and get him to Stamford Bridge. <\/p>\n

It seemed as if Arsenal were the frontrunners to sign Rogers, with the Gunners supposedly the club that the Aston Villa midfielder had his eyes set on. <\/p>\n

However, it now seems as if Chelsea have managed to pull off a hijack, as David Ornstein has shared some breaking news. <\/p>\n
