Whoever takes over as Chelsea manager will have a very promising core of players available to them, including Estevao Willian who may benefit greatly from the potential hiring of Andoni Iraola.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chelsea are set to take their time before deciding who to make the permanent successor to Liam Rosenior, with Calum McFarlane in line to lead the Blues for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

Andoni iraola will make Estevao a world-class player at Chelsea<\/h2>\n

One of those who has struggled recently is Estevao Willian. His first season at Stamford Bridge has now come to an end after picking up a serious hamstring injury.<\/p>\n

He won\u2019t feature again for the Blues until the new permanent manager arrives, and reports have stated that Behdad Eghbali would like this to be Andoni Iraola.<\/p>\n

The club owners will likely want someone who has a track record with getting the best out of younger players, and the Spaniard has proven his ability to do this with Rayan.<\/p>\n

A young winger like Estevao, the Brazilian has enjoyed a very promising first season in the Premier League, scoring three goals and contributing two assists.<\/p>\n

This has come in just 11 appearances, and he has certainly benefitted from working under Iraola this season.<\/p>\n

Chelsea\u2019s lack of experience has been well-documented. Their oldest outfield player is Tosin Adarabioyo, who ironically is well thought of by fellow managerial candidate Marco Silva.<\/p>\n

Anyone wanting to come into the club will want this addressed though, and it is believed Chelsea are looking to make changes to their transfer policy this summer.<\/p>\n

Eghbali has admitted the club have made mistakes in the past, and are swallowing their pride when it comes to new signings.<\/p>\n

However, they already have some young players who have serious potential like Estevao, and hiring a manager who can get the best out of him should be high on the list of priorities.<\/p>\n
