\nAston Villa attacker Morgan Rogers<\/span><\/span> has completed his permanent move to Chelsea, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano<\/span><\/span>.

The England international is one of the best forwards in the country, and he was initially touted to join Arsenal during the ongoing transfer window.<\/p>\n

However, the Premier League holders were reluctant to meet the asking price, which paved the way for the Blues to sign him for\u00a0\u00a3117 million.<\/p>\n

Rogers was convinced to join the west London giants after a personal chat with new manager Xabi Alonso<\/span><\/span> over the project.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old has now completed his medical with the Blues and has put pen to paper on a six-year contract, as per Romano.<\/p>\n

Rogers is likely to be announced as a Chelsea player tomorrow.<\/p>\n
