With Nicolas Jackson heading back to England after his loan spell with Bayern Munich, he might be crossing paths with a former Chelsea player on his way out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nicolas Jackson\u2019s time in Germany is officially coming to an end. Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl recently confirmed that the club will not be buying the striker, meaning that he will return to Chelsea this June. <\/p>\n

While he served as a reliable deputy to Harry Kane, scoring 10 goals across all competitions, Bayern has opted to move in a different direction for their attacking depth.<\/p>\n

Jackson\u2019s immediate future at Stamford Bridge remains highly uncertain. With Chelsea having already integrated strikers like Joao Pedro and Liam Delap during his absence, a permanent exit looks more likely than a second chance in London. <\/p>\n

Newcastle United and Everton have already emerged as contenders for Jackson\u2018s signature, with both clubs looking to capitalise on his Premier League experience. <\/p>\n

Bayern Munich interested in signing Kai Havertz<\/h2>\n

Journalist James Benge has claimed that Bayern Munich may replace Nicolas Jackson with another former Chelsea player in the form of Arsenal\u2019s Kai Havertz (Extra Time podcast).<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, my understanding on Havertz and Bayern is that there is interest there. Nothing more than that that I\u2019ve heard at the moment, but that is one to monitor in the summer. <\/p>\n

\u201cBecause of course, Nicholas Jackson is going, so he might figure as a depth piece at buy-in, like someone that can cover a bit for Musiala and a bit for Kane.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut like you say, it would all be about the deal on offer and who are Arsenal flipping him into, because if you lose Havertz and Jesus, that\u2019s two forwards you need to replace them with, and then you\u2019re probably looking at losing Martinelli and or Trossard as well. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd you don\u2019t want to come into this season having churned your whole front line as much as emotionally as fans you want that. You don\u2019t want to be starting from scratch all over again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Former Chelsea players who have played for Bayern Munich<\/h2>\n

The bridge between Stamford Bridge and the Allianz Arena is well-traveled, with some of Chelsea\u2019s most iconic names finding success in Munich. <\/p>\n

Arjen Robben remains the standout, leaving London in 2007 before becoming a Bayern legend over a decade. Michael Ballack famously moved the other way, joining Chelsea in 2006 after a dominant spell in Bavaria, while Claudio Pizarro and Brian Laudrup also represented both.<\/p>\n
