You only have to look at the \u00a347m spent on 21-year-old Marco Palestra to see that.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Blues are putting greater emphasis on landing players who can make instant impacts, as evidenced by the \u00a3117m arrival of Morgan Rogers. Lacroix is more than happy and excited to become a new Chelsea player. So everything is in place on the player side.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd now club-to-club with the ownership in direct conversations \u2013 a meeting took place in New York before the World Cup final \u2013 and now working hard to close the deal as soon as possible, it could be any moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>DON\u2019T\u00a0 MISS: <\/strong><\/em><strong>Chelsea finalise another \u2018historic\u2019 signing after Morgan Rogers \u2013 \u2018here we go\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Axel Disasi not involved in Lacroix deal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>There have been suggestions Axel Disasi could move to Selhurst Park as part of Lacroix\u2019s switch to Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n<p>However, Romano insisted Disasi does not look favourably on the idea of joining Palace. As a result, Disasi is NOT part of the imminent agreement that will send Lacroix to Chelsea.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, reporter Ben Jacobs named two potential destinations that might take Disasi\u2019s fancy when posting on <em>X<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>He wrote<\/em>: \u2018Understand Chelsea are seeking \u00a325m plus add-ons for Axel Disasi.
