Aston Villa have announced the signing of Alejandro Garnacho from Chelsea on an initial loan deal.<\/strong><\/p>\n Garnacho has signed a season-long loan deal with Aston Villa with an option to make the move permanent. The 22-year-old arrives at Villa Park after just one season with Chelsea, who he joined from Manchester United for \u00a340m last summer.<\/p>\n Garnacho scored eight goals in 43 games for the West Londoners in 2025\/26, but has now been allowed to move on by new head coach Xabi Alonso.<\/p>\n The Argentina international, who has won eight caps for his country, moves in the opposite direction to Morgan Rogers, who left Aston Villa for Chelsea in a \u00a3117m deal earlier this week.<\/p>\n At his unveiling, Unai Emery said he is delighted to welcome the \u2018talented\u2019 winger to Villa Park. He becomes Aston Villa\u2019s third summer signing after deals for Johan Manzambi and Joao Gomes.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are delighted with Alejandro,\u201d Emery told the club\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n \u201cHe is so talented, young and he showed us his wish to help our project.
