That glorious week where every Chelsea asset transforms from last year\u2019s bench-rot warning into an essential differential. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-grvmedia-grv-video GRVMultiVideo\"\/>\n<p>After two preseason wins, the hype train is officially departing Cobham. Xabi Alonso bringing his slick tactical brain to Stamford Bridge suddenly makes double-checking Cole Palmer\u2019s price feel mandatory, while newly arrived high-rollers are looking very temptingly priced. <\/p>\n<p>Sure, it\u2019s only July friendly football, but FPL managers are famous for overreacting to 45-minute highlights against jet-lagged opposition. With Xabi Alonso taking the reins, managers will be watching closely throughout the remainder of preseason to see who locks down the number-one shirt between the sticks before committing.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-defenders\"><strong>Defenders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Chelsea\u2019s backline offers a wide variety of price points, starting with budget enablers Josh Acheampong, Benoit Badiashile, Jorrel Hato, Mamadou Sarr, and Tosin Adarabioyo, who are all priced at \u00a34.5m. <\/p>\n<p>Stepping up to the \u00a35m bracket, you\u2019ll find reliable central options in Levi Colwill and Wesley Fofana, alongside full-back Malo Gusto. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the premium end of the defence features Trevoh Chalobah, Reece James, and new face Marco Palestra, who all carry a \u00a35.5m valuation.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-midfielders\"><strong>Midfielders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The midfield section provides plenty of options, kicked off by Dario Essugo at \u00a34.5m, alongside Romeo Lavia (\u00a35m) and Moises Caicedo (\u00a35.5m).
