In the wake of Liam Rosenior\u2019s departure, the Chelsea squad have signalled the kind of manager that they want to see come in next at Stamford Bridge. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the dismissal of Liam Rosenior, the Chelsea owners are on a process of self-reflection to rectify what is being internally acknowledged as a season of missteps. The Guardian have reported that Chelsea\u2019s players feel Liam Rosenior\u2019s successor needs to be a big character who can command the respect of the dressing room and keep strong egos in line.<\/p>\n

It seems as if the new ownership really lack the same kind of ruthlesness that we saw under Roman Abramovich. Never in a million years would they have hired an unknown manager like Liam Rosenior. <\/p>\n

Jose Mourinho is a name that has been linked already ahead of the summer, but he could end up taking the Portugal or Real Madrid job instead. <\/p>\n
