The 27-year-old has been the most decisive variable of his own volition during these protracted discussions. Chalobah is said to be fully in love with the idea of working under Cesc Fabregas, whose side finished fourth in Serie A with 71 points and qualified for the Champions League for the first time in their 119-year existence.
