He claims the England international has already agreed on personal terms with Como. The player is happy to be part of Cesc F\u00e0bregas\u2019 project at the Italian club.<\/p>\n
F\u00e0bregas\u2019 side are offering \u20ac25m in fixed fee plus \u20ac5m easily achievable bonuses for the defender and are expecting a response from the Blues today.<\/p>\n
