Liverpool fans are expressing their displeasure on X after former captain Jordan Henderson held talks to join Chelsea as a free agent this summer. The Blues are reportedly keen on signing Henderson as well as Brighton forward Danny Welbeck to inject some much-needed valuable leadership and experience into their squad.<\/p>\n
After making a name for himself at Sunderland, Jordan Henderson joined Liverpool in the summer of 2011. The 36-year-old midfielder succeeded Steven Gerrard as club captain four years later, helping the Reds become one of the best clubs in the world once again under Jurgen Klopp’s tutelage.<\/p>\n
