Mudryk faces legal battle<\/h2>\n Mykhailo Mudryk is continuing to face issues while serving his ban from football after reports that the Chelsea winger is being sued and having his assets frozen by the British high courts.<\/b><\/p>\n\n
\u00a9 IMAGO – Mykhailo Mudryk<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\nThe difficulties appear to keep coming for Mudryk after a report from Italian outlet Derbyderbyderby who claim that the player is being sued by JJDS Management Limited for more than \u00a35 million (\u20ac6m) for an alleged breach of image rights.<\/p>\n
It is claimed that Mudryk signed a contract with the company when he joined Chelsea in January 2023 but has failed to pay the agreed portion of his advertising and commercial revenue.<\/p>\n
The report states that the High Court in London have frozen assets worth \u00a32.5m (\u20ac3m) from Mudryk\u2019s bank accounts, while some sources have claimed that Mudryk\u2019s spending has also been limited to \u00a35,000-per-week while the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
Badiashile close to exit<\/h2>\n Benoit Badiashile has moved a step closer to leaving Chelsea after they opened talks with Napoli over a potential deal, according to reports in Italy.<\/b><\/p>\n\n
\u00a9 IMAGO – Benoit Badiashile<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\nItalian reporter Luca Cerchione claims Napoli are hoping to reach an agreement to sign Badiashile on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy next summer.<\/p>\n
The deal is rumoured to be worth a loan fee of \u20ac3m with a buy-clause and a contract of \u20ac2.5m per year for Badiashile.<\/p>\n
Cerchione was the first to break the news that the Blues were interested in signing Marco Palestra from Atalanta in June.<\/p>\n
More Chelsea outgoings<\/h2>\n In other outgoing news, Filip Jorgensen has left Chelsea\u2019s pre-season training camp ahead of completing a move to Strasbourg, according to Fabrizio Romano.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Nottingham Forest have also rekindled their interest in Liam Delap with the striker facing an uncertain future at Chelsea, according to The Telegraph, having tried to sign him last summer.<\/b><\/p>\n
BBC Sport\u2019s Nizaar Kinsella understands the Blues are looking to sell two strikers this summer, with Delap a possibility as well as newly-arrived Emmanuel Emegha.<\/p>\n
