Chelsea might have promised to sign some more experienced players this summer, but they continue to be linked with Europe\u2019s most exciting youngsters; and the latest is Ibrahim Maza.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Behdad Eghbali made it clear that the hierarchy is aware that more experience is needed in this Chelsea side. Even Enzo Fernandez is open to signing a new contract if Chelsea do sign a few older heads soon.<\/p>\n

But this week, Chelsea have been linked with a couple of big-money moves for young attacking talents. It was claimed on Tuesday that Chelsea are sending scouts to the Netherlands to watch Ajax\u2019s Mika Godts.<\/p>\n

Godts has been in stunning form for Ajax, having a hand in 29 goals and assists this season. Now, Chelsea are being linked with Bayer Leverkusen\u2019s Algerian talent Ibrahim Maza ahead of the summer window.<\/p>\n

Chelsea battling Premier League rivals for Ibrahim Maza<\/h2>\n

Bought by Leverkusen for just \u00a310m last summer, 20-year-old Maza has impressed in a Leverkusen shirt having ultimately come in to replace the loss of Florian Wirtz following his \u00a3100m+ move to Liverpool.<\/p>\n

A Germany-born Algeria international, Maza has had a hand in 11 goals in 41 appearances. It includes an assist during a 2-0 win over Man City and clearly, he has left a lasting impression on Pep Guardiola.<\/p>\n

Africa Foot say City are plotting a \u00a356m bid for Maza, while TeamTalk says City, Villa, and Chelsea are all considering moves for the 15-time Algeria star. Brighton, Brentford, and Bournemouth are also keen.<\/p>\n

Ibrahim Maza dreams of emulating Florian Wirtz<\/h2>\n

The comparisons are obvious. A versatile attacker capable of scoring and creating goals, playing for Bayer Leverkusen. Both young, both fresh-faced, both good with their weaker foot. But what does Maza think?<\/p>\n

Having joined Leverkusen last summer, he spoke to German magazine Kicker and discussed comparisons with Liverpool\u2019s stuttering star: \u201cI don\u2019t like being constantly compared to others. <\/p>\n

Having impressed without producing incredible numbers in his first season at Leverkusen, it could be that Maza follows in Wirtz\u2019s footsteps and makes a big-money move to the Premier League this summer.<\/p>\n
