Chelsea\u2019s ownership have been heavily criticised for how they run the club, and Paul Merson has now shared his main problem with it.<\/p>\n

The Blues are once again looking for another head coach following the sacking of Liam Rosenior last week, with the fans relationship with the owners at an all time low.<\/p>\n

Rosenior is the second head coach to leave Stamford Bridge this season following the departure of Enzo Maresca in January.<\/p>\n

Paul Merson on the Chelsea ownership<\/h2>\n

Calum McFarlane has been placed in interim charge for the remainder of the season, whilst Chelsea take their time in appointing a new head coach.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s reportedly seven or eight candidates under consideration, with Andoni Iraola and Marco Silva thought to be on the list.<\/p>\n

Chelsea have reportedly reached out to Xabi Alonso\u2019s agent, but fans really want to see a proven manager with winning pedigree takeover.<\/p>\n

The sporting directors are under pressure to get this appointment right given how many mistakes they\u2019ve made, and Merson has said what his main issue with the club is.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy problem with the way the club is run now is, I think they\u2019ll always be getting a manager that\u2019s grateful to manage <\/span>Chelsea,\u201d he told Sky Sports as quoted on X.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGone are the days where they got top, top managers where the club is grateful for them being their manager.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
