One struck her in the head.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\"><strong>ICE RESUMES NATIONWIDE TRAFFIC STOPS UNDER NEW POLICY REQUIRING BODY CAMERAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Massey called police shortly before 1 a.m. to report what she believed was suspicious activity outside the home, about 200 miles southwest of Chicago.
