Chelsea have made it clear Joao Pedro is not for sale this summer, despite supposed interest from Barcelona according to reports.<\/p>\n

Pedro joined Brighton from Chelsea last summer in a deal worth up to \u00a360m, and has had a successful first season at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

The Brazil international has scored 19 goals in all competitions, with 14 of those coming in the Premier League, and he\u2019s got five games left to add to his tally.<\/p>\n

Chelsea insist Joao Pedro isn\u2019t for sale amid Barcelona interest<\/h2>\n

Pedro has easily fought off competition from Liam Delap to make the number nine shirt his own this season, and he can still become the first Chelsea striker to score 20 league goals in a season since Diego Costa.<\/p>\n

More competition will arrive this summer in the shape of Emmanuel Emegha, whilst Nicolas Jackson will return from Bayern Munich, but it\u2019s unclear if he\u2019ll be part of the squad next season.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old\u2019s form hasn\u2019t gone unnoticed, and Barcelona have reportedly shown an interest in Pedro, as a plan B to Julian Alvarez.<\/p>\n

Former Barcelona scout Bojan Krkic senior feels Pedro would be a great fit for the Barcelona system, but ESPN Brazil have reported Chelsea have made it clear he\u2019s not for sale this summer.<\/p>\n

The report adds he\u2019s valued at around \u20ac100m, and Pedro himself isn\u2019t thinking about leaving Stamford Bridge after one season.<\/p>\n

Colwill hasn\u2019t played all season due to an ACL injury, whilst James hasn\u2019t played since the 1-0 defeat to Newcastle on March 14th.<\/p>\n

With the FA Cup final two weeks away, this is a huge boost for Chelsea, and they\u2019ll be hoping James at least can be ready to start that game.<\/p>\n
