Former Chelsea star Oscar has revealed his vast trophy collection as he reminisced on his career after his confirming his retirement last month.<\/p>\n
The Brazilian, 34, had collapsed in training during a Sao Paulo training session at the end of last year, leading to his decision to retire.<\/p>\n
Oscar had been diagnosed with vasovagal syncope, a common type of fainting caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure and heart rate.<\/p>\n
The condition, which is not considered life threatening when managed appropriately, can be controlled with medication or a minor procedure to cauterise a node responsible for sudden drops in blood pressure.<\/p>\n
Having announced the end of his career last month, Oscar shared a photo of the astonishing array of trophies and honours he had won during his career.<\/p>\n
The midfielder won two Premier League titles with Chelsea, as well as the League Cup and Europa League during five seasons at the club.<\/p>\n

The Europa League was among the honours won by Oscar during his time at Chelsea<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Oscar was one of the highest profile players to move to the Chinese Super League during their vast investment into football, earning a reported\u00a0\u00a3150million during the height of the league’s spending boom. <\/p>\n
While many players then left as investment dropped, Oscar ultimately spent eight seasons playing for Shanghai Port.<\/p>\n
He claimed three Chinese Super League titles, an FA Cup and Chinese Super Cup during his spell at the club.<\/p>\n
Oscar also won the FIFA Confederations Cup with the Brazilian national team in 2013, while he was part of their silver medal winning team at the London 2012 Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
The attacking midfielder had also enjoyed success at youth level with Brazil, winning the Under-20 World Cup in 2011 and South American Youth Championships that same year.<\/p>\n
‘Between dreams and achievements, this photo sums up much more than titles; it sums up a journey,’ Oscar wrote when sharing the photo on Instagram.<\/p>\n
‘Each trophy there carries hours of training, discipline, sacrifices, and also moments of overcoming obstacles that no one saw. <\/p>\n
‘It started with a simple dream, a ball at your feet, and the desire to go further. Over time, opportunities, challenges, and victories came, transforming effort into history.<\/p>\n

Oscar spent eight years playing in China, before deciding to return to Sao Paulo<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Oscar confirmed his retirement last month after being diagnosed with a heart condition <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
‘Today, looking at all this, it’s not just about winning, it’s about everything that had to be lived to get here. Thank you, God, for everything.’<\/p>\n
Along with the replicas of the trophies, Oscar also showed off a series of personal awards and shirts he had received from both Lionel Messi and Neymar.<\/p>\n
Oscar’s former Chelsea captain John Terry was among those to react to the trophy haul, responding with ‘legend’ in honour of his old team-mate.<\/p>\n
The Brazilian had scored\u00a038 goals in 203 matches for Chelsea between 2012 and 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
