Marc Guiu is keen to leave Chelsea this summer, and his preference would be a loan move back to Spain according to reports.<\/p>\n

Chelsea signed Guiu for \u20ac6m from Barcelona in the summer of 2024, but he\u2019s struggled to make an impact at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old made 16 appearances in all competitions last season, and scored six goals, all of which came in the Conference League.<\/p>\n

Marc Guiu wants to return to Spain<\/h2>\n

A lack of game time saw Guiu loaned to Sunderland last summer, but before the transfer window was closed he was recalled after Liam Delap suffered a hamstring injury.<\/p>\n

Guiu has really struggled for minutes this season, and before coming off the bench in last month\u2019s 3-0 defeat to Brighton, he\u2019d not featured in the Premier League since December.<\/p>\n

The Spain under-21 international was left out of the squad for last weekend\u2019s FA Cup semi final, and has only featured in two of the last 19 Chelsea games.<\/p>\n

With Emmanuel Emegha arriving from Strasbourg in the summer, and Nicolas Jackson returning from his loan at Bayern Munich, Guiu has fallen even further down the pecking order.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s not going to get the regular minutes he needs at Chelsea next season, and Mundo Deportivo have reported Guiu wants a loan move back to Spain.<\/p>\n

The report adds Chelsea feel he should go to a Premier League club to gain experience and show his potential.<\/p>\n
