Chelsea interim boss Callum McFarlane has a differing view on Cole Palmer\u2019s form than many others out there right now.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Personally, I don\u2019t think we are seeing the best Cole Palmer right now and we haven\u2019t been for a while. When he first came to the club from Manchester City, he literally carried this team for a whole season and if it wasn\u2019t for him, things would have been very bad. It became Cole Palmer FC at one point. But since then, he\u2019s not quite showed the same top levels and had the same effect. For me, that\u2019s just a fact, and for many others it is as well because I\u2019ve seen all the analysis and opinions.<\/p>\n

But McFarlane does not agree apparently. And of course, he\u2019s entitled to his opinion. But in this instance, I think his opinion is incorrect, and so will many others.<\/p>\n

In words quoted by The Evening Standard, McFarlane said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t agree with the narrative that he isn\u2019t playing well. I think there are games where he can impact more. But there\u2019s also been a lot of occasions where he\u2019s created a lot of good chances for players.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe can\u2019t control whether that\u2019s finished (off), he can just put the ball in the position that he needs it to be. I do think he\u2019s had some really good games in the last three months, and it\u2019s just a case of building that consistency.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s still a top, top player, one of the best in the world for me. So I have no concerns over Cole being ready to impact games from now to the end of the season. And hopefully in the World Cup, in big moments for England.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s not much difference, in all honesty. He\u2019s the same person. He plays the game. We\u2019ve all watched Cole Palmer enough to see the freedom that he plays the game with.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe sees things that other people don\u2019t see. It was very similar. He was just doing it at a higher level against a higher level of opposition. But very much the same type of player.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moises Caicedo is currently struggling for form, but Aston Villa star Matty Cash has claimed he does something better than most other players.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc Guiu is keen to leave Chelsea this summer, and his preference would be a loan move back to Spain according to reports. I personally believe Chelsea should just sell him permanently now and make some quick cash on him.<\/span><\/p>\n
