Manchester United striker Benjamin Sesko gave Liverpool\u2019s central defenders a tough time at Old Trafford with his impressive hold-up play.<\/p>\n

Sesko was also in the right place at the right time to take advantage of Liverpool\u2019s chaotic defending and put his side two goals up within the first quarter. The Slovenian was taken off at the break due to a shin injury.<\/p>\n

According to Fussballdaten, Manchester United are poised to test Bayern Munich\u2019s resolve for their talisman Harry Kane.<\/p>\n

Kane, who has been on United\u2019s radar since his breakthrough at Tottenham Hotspur, still has plenty of admirers at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old is in unstoppable form for Bayern, having scored more than 50 goals across all competitions this season. His ability to drop deep and create chances for his teammates has further cemented his reputation as the most complete striker in Europe.<\/p>\n

It is claimed United are determined to end their long search for a true number nine with Kane.<\/p>\n

The Red Devils are understood to be prepared to \u201cstretch their budget to the limit\u201d and make Kane the highest-paid player in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

The England international allegedly takes home \u20ac25 million annually in Munich. He has just over a year left to run on his current contract.<\/p>\n

Staggering offer needed to seal the deal for Harry Kane<\/h3>\n

Bayern\u2019s public stance is that Kane is not for sale, but the report suggests the exit door could open for a fee in the region of \u20ac150m (\u00a3129.6m). Chelsea and Barcelona are also supposedly in the race.<\/p>\n
