Chelsea icon Thiago Silva was in attendance for their latest home game against Nottingham Forest, and was visibly frustrated with what he was watching at Stamford Bridge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Blues lost their sixth consecutive Premier League game, this time being defeated by the Europa League semi-finalists despite mass-rotation to their side.<\/p>\n

Joao Pedro\u2019s stunning late goal did little to bolster the mood of supporters inside the stadium, who were forced to witness another shocking performance that left them in ninth in the table.<\/p>\n

Thiago Silva frustrated as he watches Chelsea lose 3-1 to Nottingham Forest<\/h2>\n

Chelsea\u2019s calamitous defending saw them put in a disastrous position early on, with it being the quickest they had gone two goals behind at home since 2017.<\/p>\n

As Tosin Adarabioyo and Trevoh Chalobah struggled up against Forest\u2019s third-choice striker, Thiago Silva was captured by the Sky Sports cameras showing his frustration at what was unfolding.<\/p>\n

Calum McFarlane decided to sub on Levi Colwill at half-time, despite hinting that he was not ready for meaningful minutes yet.<\/p>\n

The situation that played out before his introduction was pretty woeful though, and the interim boss felt his hand was forced to try and keep out their opponents.<\/p>\n

England manager Thomas Tuchel was in attendance too, and will likely not have been too keen on what he saw from Cole Palmer, who missed a penalty late in the first half.<\/p>\n

Thiago Silva enjoying far more successful season than Chelsea<\/h2>\n

While Chelsea\u2019s season looks unlikely to end with much joy at the moment, Silva has enjoyed a far more successful campaign.<\/p>\n

After joining Porto in the winter, the Brazilian was a near ever-present in a side who ended up winning the Portuguese league.<\/p>\n

Silva was interested in joining Chelsea before his move there, however the Blues were not keen on doing that deal, likely down to his age and experience.<\/p>\n

In truth, Silva would be the perfect figure for this current squad in the dressing room, and the fact he proved how much he is still hurting while watching only adds to the despair that he is not currently a Chelsea player. <\/p>\n
