Prospective Chelsea boss Cesc Fabregas has revealed that he likes to be in charge of \u201call the football decisions\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n In comments that effectively rule him out of leaving Como for Stamford Bridge, Fabregas said he works well with a sporting director, but he is the one making choices on signings and all other aspects of the team:<\/p>\n \u201cI take all the football decisions. The sporting director, he\u2019s day-to-day with me and we see football the same way. The signings, we work with data, we have our scouting and stuff, but it needs to be something that I believe in. It needs to be a player that I\u2019m convinced about. I\u2019m so happy and lucky that we have a president that trusts me a lot and has given me the confidence to go and take all the football decisions.
