Chelsea are looking for players who\u2019ve played in one of Europe\u2019s top five leagues, and know what it takes to play in multiple competitions according to The Athletic.<\/p>\n

The Blues were quiet in January, but are once again expected to be busy this summer both in terms of incomings and outgoings.<\/p>\n

Chelsea are believed to still be in the market for a centre back, whilst it\u2019s been reported they want to add another midfielder and attacker.<\/p>\n

Chelsea want players who\u2019ve played in a top five league<\/h2>\n

The Blues have been criticised for their heavily youth focused transfer strategy, but it\u2019s been reported they\u2019re prepared to target players with proven Premier League experience this summer.<\/p>\n

Co-owner Behdad Eghbali has said the model will tweaked, but fans will only believe it when they see action taken.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s evident there\u2019s a lack of quality, leadership and know how within the squad, which is why the Blues find themselves ninth in the league with three games remaining.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a critical summer with the Blues also in the process of appointing a new head coach, and The Athletic have reported they\u2019re looking for players who\u2019ve played in one of Europe\u2019s top five leagues.<\/p>\n

The report adds players need to have experience of competing in multiple competitions in a single season, with knowing how to handle the demands of that schedule seen as key.<\/p>\n
