Chelsea face the biggest decision in the club\u2019s history this summer and could end up like Tottenham if they get it wrong according to talkSPORT host Andy Jacobs.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been another difficult season for the Blues, who find themselves ninth in the league with just three games remaining.<\/p>\n

Monday\u2019s 3-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest condemned the Blues to their sixth league defeat in a row, and they\u2019ve only scored once in those games.<\/p>\n

Andy Jacobs warns Chelsea they could end up like Spurs<\/h2>\n

Chelsea still have an FA Cup final against Manchester City to try and salvage something from the season, whilst their only chance of Champions League football is a sixth placed finish if Aston Villa come fifth and win the Europa League.<\/p>\n

The Blues face arguably one of the most important summers in recent history with a new head coach needing to be appointed, and serious reinforcements added to the squad.<\/p>\n

Liam Rosenior lasted less than four months, and Jacobs has warned Chelsea they could end up like Tottenham if they get this wrong.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople are having a go at the players, but it\u2019s like the Spurs players under Igor Tudor, it\u2019s not them, it\u2019s the manager,\u201d he told talkSPORT.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe manager does matter, who it is, and the whole structure. This season\u2019s over and it\u2019s done, now it\u2019s the biggest decision in the club\u2019s history, they\u2019ve got to get it right.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf they don\u2019t get it right, then everybody can see the writing on the wall and what\u2019s going to happen next season.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
