Under his stewardship, Como have risen up the Italian top flight and are pushing for European qualification, drawing widespread praise for their progress and F\u00e0bregas\u2019 tactical imprint.<\/p>\n Speaking to The Telegraph, F\u00e0bregas said that while he remains open to returning to the Premier League, timing and conditions will play a crucial role in any future move.<\/p>\n And Despite the links, F\u00e0bregas stressed he would not take a job that did not align with his footballing philosophy. The role demands proven experience in handling pressure, squad rotation across multiple competitions, and navigating the intense scrutiny that comes with one of Europe\u2019s biggest clubs.<\/p>\n At present, F\u00e0bregas is still in the early stages of learning how to manage senior dressing rooms over a full season. His work at Como is promising, but it is operating at a scale and pressure level far removed from the Premier League\u2019s elite environment.<\/p>\n CHELSEA<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong> meanwhile, are not in a position to gamble on a developmental appointment given their recent instability.<\/p>\n There is also the question of authority.
