Chelsea reportedly look to be open to selling Wesley Fofana this summer as his representatives have offered him to Barcelona.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The French centre-back has struggled to find his best form at Stamford Bridge, despite initially looking like he\u2019d be a fine signing after impressing at former club Leicester City.<\/p>\n

Now, however, it could make sense for Chelsea to offload Fofana if there are any takers for him, with the Blues perhaps in need of a few sales this summer when accounting for the financial hit of missing out on Champions League qualification.<\/p>\n

According to Sacha Tavolieri, Fofana is someone who could be available for as little as \u20ac30m\u2026<\/p>\n

Barcelona may well be tempted by Fofana even if he hasn\u2019t been at his best for Chelsea, as there\u2019s every chance the 25-year-old could still revive his career in the years to come.<\/p>\n

Wesley Fofana needs to leave Chelsea<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s fair to say Fofana hasn\u2019t done himself any favours during his CFC spell, but it\u2019s also an environment in which few of their players are thriving.<\/p>\n

It could make sense for the former Foxes ace to try a new challenge and perhaps to go abroad where he\u2019d be playing in a slightly less physically competitive, demanding, and fast-paced league.<\/p>\n

Barca fans might also feel their club could do better, though, so it will be interesting to see if this develops, with the Catalan giants not yet looking like they\u2019ll necessarily take this opportunity that\u2019s being offered to them.<\/p>\n
