Tottenham have set their sights on a 21-year-old who has impressed in his debut Premier League season, but a summer deal will not be easy for the Lilywhites to complete.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We could see plenty of changes in the middle of the park for Tottenham ahead of Roberto De Zerbi\u2019s first full season in charge.<\/p>\n

Tottenham battling for Premier League clubs for Noah Sadiki<\/h2>\n

CaughtOffside have now claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are considering a summer move for Noah Sadiki, who has won many admirers with his performances for Sunderland this term.<\/p>\n

The report claims that Spurs have a \u2018long-standing admiration\u2019 for the midfielder, who made the move from Union SG to the Stadium of Light last summer.<\/p>\n

It is suggested that the Lilywhites\u2019 interest in Sadiki \u2018could turn to concrete action\u2019 if De Zerbi\u2019s men remain in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

However, Chelsea have also held talks with the 21-year-old\u2019s representatives, while Man United have identified the youngster as a priority target.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Arsenal and Everton are also keeping an eye on Sadiki\u2019s situation, thus potentially making the deal a five-horse race.<\/p>\n

The Black Cats are in a strong negotiating position since Sadiki\u2019s contract runs until 2030. The outlet claims that it would take an \u2018astronomical bid\u2019 for Regis Le Bris\u2019s men to reconsider their stance on the midfielder.<\/p>\n

The publication asserts that an offer in the region of \u20ac50m-\u20ac60m (\u00a343.1m-\u00a351.8m) would be needed to make Sunderland \u2018think twice\u2019.<\/p>\n
