West Ham cannot afford to make a huge mistake with Crysencio Summerville in the summer transfer window.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The winger is reportedly wanted by some of the Premier League\u2019s biggest clubs after a decent 2025\/26 season.<\/p>\n

\n

He carried West Ham for several weeks at the start of the year, scoring in four consecutive league games.<\/p>\n

Summerville\u2019s form has tailed off since the last international break, but he remains a highly-rated transfer target.<\/p>\n

West Ham cannot afford to lose Crysencio Summerville and Jarrod Bowen<\/h2>\n

The Telegraph has reported this week that several top Premier League clubs are weighing up a move for Summerville.<\/p>\n

The Dutchman has shown signs of developing into a top-class winger, even though he has lacked consistency.<\/p>\n

Liverpool and Chelsea are known to be long-term admirers of Summerville, while the likes of Arsenal could also be interested.<\/p>\n

However, West Ham are already expected to lose club captain Jarrod Bowen if they are relegated to the Championship.<\/p>\n

Selling Summerville as well would leave them with no creativity and the need to sign at least three wingers this summer.<\/p>\n

The former Leeds United star is also one of West Ham\u2019s only players with Championship experience.<\/p>\n

Summerville contributed 19 goals and nine assists for the Yorkshire club in the 2023\/24 Championship season.<\/p>\n

If he could replicate those numbers next year, West Ham would already have one foot back in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

With three years remaining on his contract, the Hammers are in a strong position to keep the 24-year-old.<\/p>\n

Even if the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool enquire, West Ham would be sensible to reject any offers for Summerville.<\/p>\n
