It\u2019s not gone to plan since, and after a failed sojourn in Europe he\u2019s returned to South America, where he\u2019s playing with River Plate.<\/p>\n Even there, things aren\u2019t going well. He\u2019s started just three games since January. He\u2019s been involved in 10 games out of a potential 18. That\u2019s just not enough game time to help him develop, so what do the Blues too?<\/p>\n They could recall him and send him elsewhere \u2013 they have a clause which would allow them to do that. But dropping him to a level below River Plate arguably doesn\u2019t do much to develop him either.
