Fabregas, 38, is among the favourites to succeed Liam Rosenior, who was sacked on Wednesday after just three months in charge following a run of five consecutive Premier League defeats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The Blues have installed Calum McFarlane on an interim basis until the end of this season and plan to make a permanent appointment in the summer. Should Chelsea decide to offer the job to Fabregas, Como won&#8217;t stand in their way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;If that makes him happy, that&#8217;s him,&#8221; Suwarso told City AM. &#8220;You want your employees to stay with you for as long as possible but at the end of the day we don&#8217;t own him and he&#8217;s free to go to Chelsea if he wishes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The Como chief also confirmed that it&#8217;s possible Fabregas would be able to keep his shares in the Italian side should be depart. The ex-midfielder was recently tipped to become Italy&#8217;s new manager, but Fabregas is focussed on the club game for now.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Maybe someday, but for now I&#8217;m too much of a coach,&#8221; he told Marca. &#8220;When I say I&#8217;m a coach, I need to be on the pitch every day with the players, with the youngsters, preparing for the match.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Working for a national team would be a bit boring for me right now.
