Arsenal are among the clubs interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez, according to reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Argentinian international has been linked with a summer exit from Stamford Bridge and TEAMtalk<\/em> claim that the Gunners are \u201cmonitoring\u201d his situation, along with Manchester City and Barcelona.<\/p>\n However, it is believed that Chelsea have no intention of selling Fernandez at the end of the season, although they will have to persuade him to stay.<\/p>\n The 25-year-old is said to be unsettled about the constant upheaval behind the scenes at the club, and negotiations over a new contract have not progressed.<\/p>\n Speaking at the end of last month, Fernandez\u2019s representative, Javier Pastore, attempted to clarify comments that were made by the midfielder.<\/p>\n During the last international break, Fernandez hinted that he would like a move to Real Madrid, which prompted Chelsea to ban him for two games due to his remarks. Asked about the incident, Pastore said:<\/p>\n \u201cA lot is being said, but the truth is that nothing is really happening. He\u2019s focused on finishing the season strongly at Chelsea FC. It\u2019s true he made some comments that perhaps weren\u2019t ideal at the time, but he didn\u2019t say anything unusual. He simply spoke about Madrid, which he really likes\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhenever he has a day off, he comes to Madrid because I\u2019m there and because he has friends in the city.
